I need to replace my car battery. Will my alarm system still work?
The remotes for your alarm system will need to be reprogrammed. Please call one of our stores to make an appointment. Also please bring down all the remotes that will be used with your vehicle.
My alarm remotes seem to operate only at close range
Autopage alarm remotes have a range of up to 150 feet. Check to see if the LED light on your remote is dim. If the light is dim, the remote battery needs to be replaced. Metallic tinting deflects the remote's signals as well, causing reduced range. Obstacles such as walls, other cars, and other objects may also reduce the range on your remote.

How do I maintain my alarm system?
To keep your alarm working its best, keep the equipment dust-free. Make sure the motion detectors, cctv cameras and smoke alarms are especially clean, as dust will affect these items the most. In high dust/work areas, it is very important that you clean the equipment weekly.
